Ads & Google Ad Grant
All paid media and Ad Grant management goes to a partner agency, always disclosed to you.
What we build · Nehemiah 2:18
Every service has a clear, fixed scope, so you always know what you're paying for and what you're getting. Start where you are, add a monthly plan to keep things running, and layer on the extras when you need them.
Foundation · one gate per situation
Fixed scope, fixed price, thirty days. Takes a brand-new nonprofit from a Gmail address to a functioning organization.
Logo and brand design, content writing beyond the email sequence, paid ads and Ad Grant, social media management, video, legal or tax filings, and data migration beyond one clean import. Two rounds of website revisions are included; anything beyond that is quoted separately. You'll need to hold, or have filed for, 501(c)(3) status and a bank account, with one named person responsible for admin.
Where established organizations start. A paid diagnostic after an initial screening call. Small enough to be an easy first step, thorough enough to be worth it on its own.
Implementation of any recommendation, system configuration, cleanup or data migration, remediation of issues discovered, ongoing administration, vendor negotiations, or content drafting. The diagnostic diagnoses. It does not treat.
Takes a Christian creator from "I should start a channel" to their first long-form video and first short, published. Three working sessions with real homework between them: you build the channel you'll be running, and we guide, equip, and review from the other side of the table.
The Creator Starter Pack is the from-zero version for an individual with no channel yet. Content Engine Setup rebuilds a publishing workflow for an organization that already posts inconsistently. Different starting point, different service.
The engagement · diagnose, treat, maintain
The treatment the diagnostic prescribes. Scoped directly from your own 90-day roadmap. The diagnostic diagnoses, the rebuild treats, the retainer maintains.
Ongoing help that keeps everything running. The systems person you're not ready to hire full-time yet, at a fraction of the $65k+ role you'd otherwise be filling.
New website builds, rebrands, video, ads management, and event staffing are excluded. New projects get their own scope of work.
Keeps your site current and cared for after a Launch Package handoff. Small, predictable, and scoped to the website, not a stand-in for full systems support.
A brand-new page's content, design changes such as colors, fonts, spacing, or layout, a new section on an existing page, logo or brand work, new integrations, and a full redesign. Each is quoted separately, on request. This stays website-scoped by design: if you need full systems and donor-data support down the road, that's a Systems Rebuild conversation into the Fractional Ops Retainer, not a bigger Care Plan.
Add-ons · add to any engagement
Hardly anyone teaches AI adoption with theological guardrails, from inside the faith. This does. The tool serves the ministry, never the other way around.
For the organization with a channel that posts whenever someone remembers. A sustainable weekly publishing rhythm your actual team can run. We build the engine. You drive it.
Trusted partners
Some work belongs with specialists. We keep a trusted network and connect you to it, so nothing important is handled by someone learning as they go.
