2. What this site is, and isn't

This site describes Kingdom52 LLC's services, pricing, and how to reach us. Nothing on this site is an offer that becomes binding just by browsing it or booking a call. An actual engagement begins only when both parties sign a Statement of Work and, where applicable, a Master Services Agreement. Where this site and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.

3. No professional advice

Kingdom52 is not a law firm, accounting firm, or investment advisor. Nothing on this site, or in any consultation, is legal, tax, or investment advice. Where those needs come up, we refer clients to our attorney, CPA, and financial advisor network; use of that network is between the client and that professional, not Kingdom52.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Kingdom52 LLC, except where noted otherwise. You may view and share it for its intended purpose, evaluating our services, but not reproduce it for another business's use. This has no bearing on the code, data, or systems Kingdom52 builds for a client, which belong to that client under the terms of their own signed agreement.

5. Artificial intelligence tools

Kingdom52 may use artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's models, Google's Gemini, and Canva's AI features, in the course of delivering services such as content drafting, design assistance, and administrative support. Any AI-assisted content is reviewed by our team before it is delivered or published.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided as is. We work to keep pricing and scope information current, but figures on this site are for planning purposes and are not a binding quote until confirmed in a signed agreement. To the extent allowed by law, Kingdom52 is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website; liability for an actual engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
