Nehemiah 2:18 · Let us arise and build

Systems that serve the calling.

Backend systems for Christian nonprofits and creators. We build and run what keeps the work standing: CRM, donor data, giving, and communications. Your time goes to the mission instead of the software.

Done for you. Owned by you. Trained to run it.

Kingdom52 LLC · Texas · Christian nonprofits, churches, and creators.

Done for you We build the systems end to end. No login handed over with a wish of good luck.
Owned by you Every domain, account, and credential is registered in your name. You own what we build.
Trained to run it We document the whole system and train your person to run it, then step back.

Who we serve

Three situations. Three gates.

You start at one gate, the one that fits where you actually are right now. Tell us where you're at and we'll point you to it.

The Starter

"We got our determination letter. Now what?"

You're a newly approved 501(c)(3), founder-led, running on a Gmail address and a spreadsheet. High vision, no infrastructure yet, and a small but real budget.

Where it hurts: you don't know what you don't know, and every vendor conversation leaves you more confused.

The Tangled

"We launched, and now everything is duct tape."

You've been running for a few years with real revenue. A CRM nobody maintains, a giving platform that doesn't talk to it, and donor data living in four places.

Where it hurts: too many systems and no owner. Your staff time bleeds into admin and donors slip through cracks you can't see.

The Creator

"I want to start a channel. I don't know where to begin."

You have the conviction and maybe a phone camera. No channel yet, or a handful of unstructured posts you're not sure about.

Where it hurts: too many decisions before your first upload. Gear, software, and a blank page where a hook should be.

What we build

Everything we build is a course of brick.

The wall goes up from the foundation. Where you start depends on where you are today, a monthly plan keeps it standing, and add-ons attach wherever you need them. Some work we hand to trusted partners rather than take on ourselves.

Add-ons · attach anywhere
The retainer · ongoing support
Foundation · one gate per situation

How an engagement works

Three paths, depending on where you are.

New Organizations

You have the determination letter and little else.

  1. 01
    Launch Package

Thirty days from a Gmail address to a functioning organization: identity, website, giving, donor data, and communication.

  2. 02
    Care Plan

A small, website-scoped monthly plan keeps your site updated and monitored. Outgrow it, and a Systems Rebuild moves you up cleanly.

Established Organizations

You launched, and the systems became duct tape.

  1. 01
    Diagnose · Systems Diagnostic

A two-week paid diagnostic of everything behind the ministry, ending in a roadmap you keep.

  2. 02
    Treat · Systems Rebuild

We build the roadmap: migration, cleanup, integrations, and the foundations that were missing.

  3. 03
    Maintain · Fractional Ops Retainer

The systems person you're not ready to hire full-time yet keeps everything running month over month.

Creators

You have the conviction and no idea where to begin.

  1. 01
    Creator Starter Pack

Three guided sessions with homework in between take you from "I should start a channel" to your first long-form video and first short, published, with a system behind you.

  2. Publishing, on your own

You leave publishing on your own, with the gear, the workflow, and the plan to keep going.

The point of all of it

You do the ministry. We keep the machinery running underneath it.

Assessing, building, documenting. The unglamorous work that lets the calling move without friction. That is the whole job.

Founder

The founder

I built this for my own nonprofit first.

I didn't come to this as a consultant guessing at the problem. I founded a Christian nonprofit myself and built the very systems Kingdom52 now builds for others, because the calling arrived before the infrastructure to carry it did.

Before any of this, I spent nine years building sales and operations infrastructure for SaaS companies: CRMs, outbound systems, and onboarding. The parts of a business nobody sees and every business depends on. I'm convinced God built that skill into me on purpose, for this.

"Every organization I work with is carrying something God gave them to do. My job is making sure the backend doesn't get in the way of it."

In their words

What it feels like on the other side.

We had our determination letter and nothing else. Kingdom52 took us from a Gmail address to a real organization in a month, and we own every piece of it.
Rebecca A.Founder, newly approved ministry
Our month-end used to take a week and never reconciled. The diagnostic showed us exactly what was broken, the rebuild fixed it, and now it closes in an afternoon.
Daniel M.Executive Director, Christian nonprofit
I knew I was called to teach on video. I had no idea how to start. The starter pack handed me a system, a gear list, and a plan. Now I just create.
