Plain language on what we collect, why, and how it's protected.
Effective and last updated: August 20, 2026
Kingdom52 LLC ("Kingdom52," "we," "us") builds and runs backend systems, CRM, donor or customer data, giving or payments, and communications, for Christian nonprofits, startups, small businesses, and creators. This policy covers two things: information we collect from visitors to this website, and information we handle on behalf of the organizations we build and host systems for.
1. Information we collect from this website
This site does not run a data-collecting contact form. If you email us, book a call through our scheduling link, or otherwise reach out directly, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to begin the engagement.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking with a browser extension, or block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable either way.
2. Information we handle for our clients
When an organization engages us to build or host their website and systems, we set up and, on some plans, maintain a database of that organization's own donor, contact, or customer records. Each client's data lives in its own isolated database, physically separate from every other client's. That data belongs to the client, not to Kingdom52. We access it to build, maintain, and troubleshoot the systems we're contracted to run; we do not sell it, share it with other clients, or use it for purposes outside the engagement.
Clients never receive raw database or direct SQL access to their own data at any service tier; only Kingdom52's own team connects to the database directly. Clients on our Care Plan get a dashboard with view access to their own donor or giving records, including CSV export, at every tier.
What specific data an individual client's own website collects from its own visitors and donors, and how that client uses it, is that client's responsibility and is described in that client's own privacy policy, not this one.
3. Artificial intelligence tools
Kingdom52 may use artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's models, Google's Gemini, and Canva's AI features, in the course of delivering services such as content drafting, design assistance, and administrative support. Any AI-assisted content is reviewed by our team before it is delivered or published.
4. How we protect information
Client data is stored with row-level security, automated backups, and SSL encryption in transit. Access is limited to Kingdom52's own team. No system is unbreakable, and we don't claim otherwise; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting a client's data, we will notify that client directly and promptly.
5. Your rights and choices
If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@kingdom52.com and we'll respond. If you're a donor or customer of one of our clients and want your own record corrected or removed, contact that organization directly; we act on their instructions for their own data.
6. Changes to this policy
We'll update the effective date above whenever this policy changes and post the revised version here. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without clear notice.
