How we work
You work directly with the person who built your system.
Start with a conversation
We start with the work that eats your week and the software you already paid for that didn't help. Take the free Systems Check first, or book a call if you'd rather talk.
A written scope you can say no to.
Before we build anything, you get it in writing, in plain English: what we'll build, what it costs, and what we're not doing. If it doesn't fit, say no.
Working software early
You get a link to the real system, not a slide deck. Click through it and tell us what's wrong while it's still easy to change.
Your team gets one live walk-through. Support stays with the plan.
We set up logins for you and your staff, then walk your team through it in one live session. You keep your content and data.* System alerts come to us, and we fix problems in the system. You get updates as we release them. After the walk-through, questions and changes come out of your package hours, or are billed at our hourly rate. We reply within 2 business days on Website + CRM and the Learning platform, within 1 business day on Growth, and within 1 business day on Partner and the Fractional Operations Retainer, with priority: we respond the same business day for anything broken. Business hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Central.
Card data never touches our servers.
The most sensitive data stays with the companies built to hold it. Everything else lives in a database that belongs to you alone.
Card data stays with the processor
Card data is handled by a secure third-party payment processor and never stored on our servers.
A database for you alone
Each client gets their own database and their own web address. Hosting is backed up daily and served over SSL.
Your data stays yours
Your content and data stay yours. If you leave, we hand over your data and site files.
